WASHIELA JACOBS-SZCZYPEK

Washiela has 15 years’ work experience in South Africa and the United Kingdom. She returned permanently to South Africa in 2011, where she and her husband started CST Transport. She is one of the very few female entrepreneurs in a male dominated transport industry. She is actively involved in all operational management, including tender procurement, recruitment and training, operations, marketing and Public Relations. She has made a significant contribution to the development of staff training and has worked hard to provide support to the team.
RAFAL SZCZYPEK
Senior Operations Manager
Rafal is one of the founder members of CST and has extensive knowledge and experience in the transport fleet management system, operations and software development. He moved from the UK to South Africa in 2011. He oversees all operational functions within the business and his tenacity and determination inspires everyone around him. He spearheaded and led a large corporate client team taking charge of all fleet logistical operations, vehicle tracking, staff recruitment and selection, training service providers and the day-to-day operations. He has also spent 7 years in the UK working a Project Manager for Manhattan Properties. He is an avid Yoga instructor and keen wellness enthusiast.
